Give to Lincoln

This Giving Day, Beattie PTO is rallying support to raise $270,000 to replace our 40-year-old playground! Our goal is to create an inclusive, accessible, and engaging play space where all students can learn, grow, and thrive. With your generosity, we can provide a safe and inspiring environment that encourages creativity, friendships, and active play for years to come.

Ways to donate

There are four ways to donate to the Give to Lincoln Beattie PTO effort between May 1 and May 29. Read more to find the best fit for you:

Online (preferred method)

Donate through the Give to Lincoln portal for Beattie PTO here: GiveToLincoln.com/nonprofits/beattiepto.

• Donations are accepted between midnight May 1 and 11:59 p.m. May 29.

• $10 minimum

Cash or check

Donate by mail or in-person to the Lincoln Community Foundation office, 215 Centennial Mall South, Suite 100, by 5 p.m. May 29. Mailed donations must be postmarked by May 22.

• Checks must be made to “Lincoln Community Foundation” with "Beattie PTO" written in the memo line.

IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions

Donors who are 70 ½ or older may make a qualified charitable distribution from their Individual Retirement Account to nonprofits for Give to Lincoln Day.

• IRA owners must complete the IRA Give to Lincoln Day Distributions Form and submit it to the Lincoln Community Foundation by May 9 by mail or by email to rhondap@lcf.org. Download the form here:

  
  

• The IRA owner must also contact their IRA administrator and initiate the gift to the Lincoln Community Foundation.

• In order for the gift to count toward Give to Lincoln Day, LCF needs to receive the distribution by May 29. Please allow several weeks for processing.

  
  

Donor Advised Funds

Donor Advised Funds held at the Lincoln Community Foundation may grant to participating Give to Lincoln Day nonprofits between May 1 and May 29.
